A table planner is a tool that helps you organize where guests will sit at tables for your event. Our table planner uses intuitive drag-and-drop functionality to make the process simple. You can easily arrange guests at tables, rearrange them with a simple drag, and visualize your entire seating arrangement in one view. It's much faster and more flexible than using spreadsheets or paper plans.

The only limitations are:

  • Maximum of 5 tables
  • Cannot save your work between sessions
  • Cannot import guest lists
  • Cannot export or share via link

However, the free demo includes most of our core table planning features! You can:
